Early reservations for July
and August rentals are by the month or season only. The dates are
arranged so that each rental month contains five weekends. The break
period between monthly rentals allows time to maintain the quality of the
homes & furnishings. Month rental spring & fall, of 28 days or more, are discounted to the special 30-day rate. Special rates also apply to extra days added onto July or August rentals into the spring or fall. (Ask about these daily rates.)

Our
country lanes are inviting to walk or drive to the beach.
The clear waters off the Brook and
Bridle's private sandy beach is shallow, gently sloping, and safe for
the very young. The main
Our longer rental periods during July and August create a neighborhood atmosphere. The Innkeepers host a casual "Icebreaker Party" the first Sunday of the July and August rental periods. New renters and "old" renters have a chance graciously acquaint or reacquaint with each other.
Weekly vacations are available in the spring and fall.

Furnishings
- The homes are "country" decorated, featuring wood burning
fireplaces, screened porches, and are fully furnished and equipped
with the current amenities for housekeeping, including telephones, cable
TVs, VCR/DVD players, (Wi-Fi access at the Office), refrigerators,
stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, and charcoal grills. Each home is well supplied with cooking
utensils and dinnerware. Heat is provided in all homes plus air
conditioner. The homes are
equipped with kitchen linens, blankets, mattress pads, bedspreads or country
quilts.
Other Linens - Sheets & Towels - Most guests prefer to bring their own linens, however, you may rent linens from us. Linen is ordered by the piece. Cost is approximately $15 per person to outfit the home.
Cleaning service - may be prearranged for the final cleaning of the home, otherwise the cleaning is the responsibility of the renter.
Sharing - of the rental period is permitted only in special circumstances. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded. A child who is walking is counted as a person.
Pets - Sorry, no pets - for everyone's comfort and allergies!

Moorings - no extra charge
-- Limited number -- must be reserved prior to arrival
Laundry facilities are located at the B&B Barn.

Telephone/Security/Damage/Cleaning
Deposits - will be required. $1500 for The Garrison / $400 for
Early Reservation Deposits -
Prior to January 1st, a non-refundable $1500/$400/$300 (see above) deposit will
secure a reservation for the next season via check, cash, or credit card.
The deposit converts to and becomes a refundable damage deposit upon
timely receipt of second installment of the rental fees.
Payment - 25% of the
total rental fees are due January 1st. An additional 25% is due April 1st.
Reservation/rental fees are not refundable. Balance of
rental fees are due upon arrival.
No refunds for early departures.
Payment - by check, cash or credit card (Visa, MC or Discover).
